Owen and Yongue Street Duplexes

My duplex apartment units are located on quiet streets convenient to everything Brevard has to offer. It's a short walk to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, the bike path, and Brevard college. They are 1100 sq/ft with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, living room, eat-in kitchen, deck, and in-unit washer and dryer.

My rentals consist of 6 units in 3 duplex buildings all located near each other on Owen and Yongue Streets in Brevard. These units have more of a private atmosphere compared to that of a larger condo or apartment complex. I am onsite on a regular basis, personally taking care of the lawn, landscaping and other maintenance to the properties.

The pictures on this website are examples of several of my units. Rent is $1,700/month with a $1,700 security deposit and a one-year lease is required. Applicants are also responsible for a $35 identity-verified renter application that includes a credit report, criminal background check, and eviction record. Smoking and pets are NOT permitted. Tenants are responsible for power, gas, water, and Internet.
